Unai Emery reveals personalised plan to rejuvenate Mesut Ozil's Performance

Unai Emery believes his new methods can help re-ignite Mesut Ozil’s form at Arsenal.

Arsenal have spent the last 22 years under Arsene Wenger’s regime, but Emery is expected to usher in a new way of thinking at the club.

Ozil is one of many Arsenal’s star men to suffer long-standing bouts of poor form in recent years.

The attacker under-performed for much of last season and Emery revealed he has a personalised plan for Ozil ahead of the new campaign.

‘We are here to help every player. For me it’s the same for one player as it is for 25 players,’ Emery said.

‘For us Mesut is a very important player we want to help him to be well, fine with us.
 ‘Last year was a difficult year for all, not only for Mesut. They finished sixth in the Premier League – not the position we want. Because of that, it’s a new way.
