David Seaman urges Arsenal manager Unai Emery to make THREE key signings

David Seaman believes Arsenal’s new manager Unai Emery needs to sign at least three players this summer ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.

In Arsene Wenger’s final season in charge at the Emirates, the Gunners finished sixth and were knocked out of the Europa League at the semi-final stage.

Stephan Lichtsteiner, the Switzerland international, became Emery’s first signing last week when he made the switch from Italian outfit Juventus.

An experienced right-back with seven Serie A titles, Lichtsteiner should be a dependable player for the Gunners, but Seaman believes they still need another two defensive players through the door.

And the legendary England goalkeeper also wants to see Emery sign a ‘dominant midfielder player’ ahead of a season in which he hopes Arsenal can break back into the top four.

Asked what Emery’s aim should be for next season, he told ESPN: ‘For me it would be top four.
